This is a version of the read I do at the start of every engagement.

Over 20 years working inside organizations, I've developed, tested, and refined 35+ frameworks and tools for thriving workplace design — the policies, practices, and offerings an organization uses to operationalize its values.

They're also what allows me to move quickly in interim work: arrive, get a fast read on where things actually stand, and start building structures that fit the organization right now and hold long after I leave.
